Instructions to make Drunken Peppers and Beef:
  1. Heat a deep pan, spray with nonstick spray
  2. Chop the peppers and onions
  3. Add to pan cook 5 minutes covered. Add half the seasonings to the onion and pepper
  4. Cut beef into bite sized pieces and season with the other half of seasonings.
  5. Simmer 15 minutes stirring occasionally
  6. The onion and pepper should be tender
  7. Add the butter and then add Cabernet Sauvignon merlot.
  8. Mix well
  9. Add the beef
