  1. Make ready 4 tbsp olive oil
  2. Take 750 g beef steak, cut into chunks
  3. Take 2 tbsp plain flour
  4. Make ready 1 large onion, sliced
  5. Make ready 2 garlic cloves, grated
  6. Prepare 1 green pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
  7. Take 2 tbsp tomato purée
  8. Take 2 tbsp paprika
  9. Make ready 2 large tomatoes, diced
  10. Take 1/2 cup white wine
  11. Get 2 cups beef stock
  12. Take 1 bunch dhania
  13. Take 150 ml soured cream

Steps to make Spiced beef goulash:
  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan.
  2. Sprinkle the steak chunks with the flour and brown well batches, do not overcrowd the pan. Set the browned meat aside.
  3. Add in the remaining oil to the sauce pan, then the onion, garlic and green pepper. Fry until softened, around 5-10 mins.
  4. Return the beef to the pan with tomato purée and paprika. Cook, stirring, for 2 mins.
  5. Add in the tomatoes, wine and the beef stock.
  6. Cover and cook it on medium low heat for about an hour, removing the lid after 45 mins.
  7. Sprinkle over the dhania and season well with salt and freshly ground pepper. Stir in the cream and serve.
