The ingredients needed to make Single Serving Beef Taco:
  1. Make ready Everything to do with the beef😂
  2. Get To taste Beef of choice (But not ground beef)
  3. Get As needed Beef marinade (I used a soy sauce and lemon based marinade)
  4. Get 3-5 tbsp tomato puree
  5. Prepare to taste Onions and garlic, chopped,
  6. Take as needed Olive/Vegetable oil,
  7. Prepare 1 tsp lemon juice
  8. Get to taste Paprika and salt,
  9. Prepare as needed Water/Beef stock,
  10. Get For assembly
  11. Get Avocado slices/ Guacamole
  12. Prepare Salsa of choice (I recommend tomato pineapple)
  13. Get Herbs of choice (Coriander, Cilantro,etc), optional
  14. Make ready Yoghurt sauce (Recipe below)
  15. Take Yoghurt sauce
  16. Get 3 tbsp plain yoghurt/greek yoghurt
  17. Make ready 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  18. Get 1 tsp lemon juice
  19. Get 1 small garlic, finely diced
  20. Take 1/2 tsp sugar
  21. Get to taste Salt,
  22. Take to taste Black pepper,

Instructions to make Single Serving Beef Taco:
  1. First, marinate the beef for at least 1 hour.
  2. After, add in oil to a saucepan and sear the beef on both sides until rare or medium rare.
  3. Take it out and cut into bit size pieces.
  4. In the same pot (don't rinse it) add in the onions and garlic and sautée until fragrant, add in the remaining marinade, tomato puree, water or stock, lemon juice and season and cook until slightly thick and bubbly.
  5. Then, add in the beef and cook stirring frequently until the beef is cooked to your taste.
  6. For the yoghurt sauce, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and leave for about 5 minutes to absorb more of the garlic flavour.
  7. Char the tortilla in a pan and wrap around a rolling pin for about 30 seconds to hold it's shape.
  8. Finally, assemble the taco in whatever order you prefer. Enjoy!
