  3. Prepare 5 tablespoons golden syrup
  4. Get 200 g rolled oats
  5. Get 150 g Saltanas
  6. Make ready 2 inch piece fresh ginger

Steps to make Ginger and Sultana Flapjacks:
  1. Melt the butter over a low heat, then add the sugar, syrup and grate the ginger.
  2. Add the oats and stir really well so the oats soak up butter & sugar a little.
  3. Add the Saltanas and mix through
  4. Spread out onto a baking sheet with a spatula
  5. Cook for 35 mins at 110°C
  6. Remove from the oven and cut into slices / cubes.
  7. Let it cool a little before braking apart.
