  2. Take 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken
  3. Get 1 onion slice cut
  4. Take 4-5 garlic cloves
  5. Take 1 Tomato chopped
  6. Prepare to taste Salt
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp red chilli
  8. Get 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp coriander powder
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp Cumin powder/seeds
  12. Prepare 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  13. Take Oil as required
  14. Make ready Water as required
  15. Get Fries (see recipe)
  16. Get 👉Zeera rice
  17. Take 1 kg/ 2 glass rice soaked
  18. Take 4 glass water

  1. Wash your hand say bismiAllah and droud shareef
  2. Soaked chana daal for 1 h after that boiled it with 1tbsp oil…some salt to taste and pinch of red chilli powder don't strain it's water #Tip while boiling agr app salt..chilli and oil add krain to Daal boil hoty bahir nahi ati kyu ke daal boil hoty boht tang krti ha bayshak pateely main ya pressure main boil karo
  3. Prepare chicken in small cube cut tomatoes and peel off garlic cloves
  4. Take a wok add onion and oil lightly fry it
  5. Then after that add tomatoes and garlic cloves
  6. Cook it for a while then after that add chicken cook it untill changed it's color
  7. After that add all spices
  8. Bonify it very well
  9. Then add 1cup water and gave a whistle until chicken tenderize
  10. At this time add chanadaal in it after whisk it with same water
  11. Cook it on low flame until oil reduced
  12. Garnished it with coriander…some garam masala
  13. #Zeera rice…..take a wok add oil and onion fry it low flame then add zeera
  14. After that add little bit water
  15. Then after that add some salt to taste and remaining water according to rice measurement and bring it to boiled it
  16. Then add rice in it and cook on medium flame untill rice cooked 90% then do your flame high untill water reduced then keep it on dum at low flame for 10m
  17. After 10 minutes your zeera rice is ready 🤗
  18. Now dish out it with Channal daal and fries
