Take a flat pot heat the oil add chopped garlic zeera n curry leaves simmer it until aroma comes out then put chopped onion fry it until a nice golden color not turn black then put blended tomatoes n all the above spices… Add half glass of water so that all the ingredients merged n make a thick gravy then bhunofy for good 25mins.. Then add fish cook for 2 mins on high flame then add 1.5glass of water it depends which consistency u need for the gravy.. I choose normal not too runny not too thic
