  1. Prepare 2 cups flour
  2. Prepare 2 cups sugar
  3. Make ready 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  4. Get 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  5. Prepare 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup veg oil
  7. Take 1 cup milk
  8. Take 1 cup hot coffee
  9. Take 2 eggs
  10. Get Baking pan
  11. Get Bowl
  12. Prepare Second stage
  13. Make ready 2 cups whipping cream
  14. Take 1/2 cup powdered milk
  15. Prepare 1 cup cold water
  16. Take Hand mixer
  17. Make ready Chocolate syrup

In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla. When the cream becomes thick, add the confectioners' sugar and continue to whip until stiff but not too grainy. Divide into three parts and spread onto two of the cooled layers. Stack the layers onto a nice plate, putting the two creamed ones on the bottom.

Instructions to make Chocolate cake with whip cream:
  1. All u need
  2. Sieve your dry ingredients (flour,cocoa powder,baking powder and baking soda) and add sugar into the sieve ingredients and mix well. Set a side
  3. Add egg,milk, and oil and mix all together.
  4. Lastly add your hot coffee and mix well. Put half of your dry ingredients (flour,sugar,baking powder,baking soda and coco powder) and mix
  5. Lastly add the remaining half and mix all together.
  6. Grease your pan with butter and flour then pour in your batter mixture and bake @180degree for 30-40minute depends on your oven.
  7. Second stage mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix on high speed for 5-6 minute until it become fluffy
  8. Your whipping cream is ready
  9. Apply some whipped cream to your plate, put in your cake cut the top of it with bread knife.
  10. Apply some whip cream again then put the remaining layer of your cake
  11. Apply whip cream again and put some scrambled cake on the top of the cake.
  12. Done cut it into your desire shape.
  13. Ready to serve.
