  2. Ab aik degchi mn oil dalen jab gram hojaey to is mn zeera dalen.
  3. Jab zeera brown hojaey to is mn salt add karein or sath ee 1 glass pura bhar ke or aik glass half se b km water add kar dein. Or bhigy huey rice se water nikaal dein.
  4. Jab water mn boil ajaey to rice ko dalen or lid se cover kar ke 4 minut ke liey pkaen. Dubara is mn chamch hilaen. jab water almost dry hojaey to isy lid se cover kar ke upar tawa rakh dein or 10 minutes ke liey dam lagadein
  5. Flame of karein 2 minut baad isy kholen. Kafgir se carefully upar nichy karein. Or mazedaar rice enjoy karein. Jazak-Allah☺
