  1. Soak daal for 45 minutes. In a pressure cooker heat oil and fry onion till golden brown.
  2. Strain water from daal and add in cooker fry it for 2 mins then add ginger garlic paste,all spices. Add 4 cups of water so that daal become dipped and pressure it for 8 mins.
