The ingredients needed to make Bread Almond Cake:
  1. Prepare 1 packet wheat bread
  2. Take 1 cup all-purpose flour
  3. Get 1 cup sugar
  4. Prepare 2 cups milk
  5. Make ready 1 spoon baking powder
  6. Take 1 spoon baking soda
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup melted butter
  8. Make ready 4 spoons condensed milk
  9. Make ready 1 spoon vanilla essence
  10. Take Handful chopped almonds

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt, stirring well with a whisk. Swedish Almond Loaf Cake is lovely for brunch/coffee cake needs as well as for dessert. Instructions to make Bread Almond Cake:
  1. Grind the bread in a grinder and make a powder.
  2. Then add flour, sugar, baking powder and soda. Mix all. Now add milk parts by parts. Better should be soft, but milk should not be too much.
  3. Now add melted butter, condensed milk and vanilla essence. Mix all.
  4. Now grease some butter in a baking tray and put the batter into it. Now on top add chopped almonds.
  5. In the meantime pre heat the OTG for 10 minutes. Then placed the baking try into it and baked for 30 minutes.
