Instructions to make Sancocho de Res:
  1. Chop all the veggies and put into a cooking pot add ribs,beefstock, plenty of water. Bring to a boil. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes
  2. Once beef is done and tender serve on a plate. Add cilantro lime and spicy sauce and enjoy
