The ingredients needed to make Caribbean Pork Kabobs:
  1. Prepare 1 lb pork tenderloin cut into cubes
  2. Make ready 1 each sweet onion cut into cubes
  3. Prepare 1 each red pepper cut into cubes
  4. Take 1/2 each fresh pinapple, pelled and cut into cubes
  5. Take 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  6. Get 3 tbsp mrs dash caribbean citrus seasoning

Thread clementine segments, pork, onion, and pepper onto skewers. Cube the pork and slice the peppers and onion. Mix the marinade ingredients and place in a large bowl with the pork and veggies. Take skewers and alternate pork cubes with the veggies.

Steps to make Caribbean Pork Kabobs:
  1. mix pineapple juice and 2 tbsp mrs dash in a small bowl
  2. pour 6 tbsp of the pineapple juice mixture over the pork in a seperate bowl and the remaining over the vegetables. stir to coat evenly.
  3. cover and refrigerate for an hour
  4. thread pork pieces onto 9 skewers, alternating with onion, pepper and pineapple cubes. sprinkle on remaining 1 tbsp mrs dash.
  5. grill or broil for 10-15 minutes
