  8. Prepare 4 can black olives
  9. Get 1 lawrys seasoning salt

  6. boil tomatoe sauce until meat is half way soft
  7. next add in bell pepper,round onion,green onion, parsley
  8. let everything cook down for an hour to hour and a half check to see if meat is soft. if it is its finish
