  3. Add to pan heat 5 minutes turn patties
  4. Do the same to other half cover them while heating
  5. Remove patties when done reserve the drippings add onions and mushrooms after about 3-4 minutes add flour coating flour with all the drippings
  6. Add spices stirring constantly add beef broth
  7. Cook stirring constantly till thickens add the patties back let simmer 3 minutes serve on top of potatoes, mashed potatoes or rice or pasta
