  1. Make ready 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  2. Make ready 1 large onion chopped
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
  4. Take 1 each egg
  5. Prepare 1 cup bread crumbs
  6. Prepare 1 tsp garlic powder
  7. Prepare 1 tsp onion powder
  8. Get 1 salt and pepper to taste
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp oil

To make the beef filling it is not complicated at all. I start by preparing all the veggies such as the onion, garlic, bell peppers then I place all of them into a frying pan/skillet with oil over medium-high heat.   1. Combine a quarter of chopped onion to beef and mix
  2. Combine Worcester sauce,egg,breadcrumbs and seasoning to beef and mix.
  3. Form beef into size of choice patties.
  4. Add oil to pan and heat on med high. Add remaining onions and once onions start to sizzle add patties on top of onions
  5. Brown patties on each side (4-5) mins.each side.
  6. Reduce heat to med. Add all patties and simmer about.15 mins
  7. Add all patties cover and simmer about 15. Mins flipping halfway through.

Mix all ingredients together and form into patties, then fry in oil of your choice. Makes it simpler than onion rings that people get burnt on as they try and eat them.
