  1. Get 1 cup Soft Bread Crums
  2. Take 1/2 cup Milk
  3. Prepare 1 lb Ground Beef
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Salt
  5. Make ready 1 Ground Black Pepper
  6. Take 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  7. Make ready 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup Vinegar
  9. Prepare 3 tbsp Sugar
  10. Make ready 1/2 cup Ketchup
  11. Make ready 1/2 cup Water

Brown the patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning once. To form the patties like a restaurant chef, use a tool to create perfectly formed patties. You can press the beef down using the lid of a large sour cream container or a peanut butter jar lid lined with plastic wrap. Steps to make Barbeque Beef Patties:
  1. Preheat oven to 350℉
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add Bread Crumbs and Milk. Combine to moisten crumbs.
  3. Add in Ground Beef, Salt, and Pepper. Combine together.
  4. Add Chopped Onion and combine with mixture.
  5. Shape into patties. (Usually comes out to 6 patties) Place into prepared 8 inch baking dish.
  6. Mix together Worcestershire Sauce, Vinegar, Sugar, Ketchup, and Water in a medium bowl.
  7. Pour sauce over patties and baste with spoonfuls of sauce until patties are covered.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes.
