  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease (2) 8x4" loaf pans, adding parchment to the bottom of the pans, grease.

  3. Add sugar, milk, butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix on low speed for 30 seconds.

  5. Pour batter into pans, cook for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Place on cooling rack for 5 minutes. Then remove from pans, let cool for 1 hour before serving.
