  2. Pour in the milk together with the vanilla essense and mix gently. As soon as the dough comes together, stop
  3. Dust your work surface and place the dough, gently mould it to a ball
  4. Sprinkle more flour and press gently using your hands, do not press. Use a rolling pin to level the dough out.
  5. Using a round cookie cutter, divide the dough
  6. Gently lift the round dough pieces and arrange them on a greased oven tray
  7. Brush some egg wash over them and sprinkle the rest of the grated coconut evenly
  8. Bake them until golden brown, at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
