  2. Add sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt & stir.
  3. Add cold cubed OR grated butter. Work into the flour mixture with your hands or a pastry cutter.

  5. Roll dough out to a circle of 1 inch thickness. Cut into 8 slices.
