The ingredients needed to make 4S (Simple yet Sweet, Soft Scone):
  1. Prepare 1 Ziploc bag
  2. Take 200 grams Pancake Mix
  3. Prepare 25 grams Flour
  4. Make ready 60 ml Milk
  5. Get 25 grams Sugar
  6. Get 15 ml Olive oil (optional)
  7. Take 10 ml Vanilla extract
  8. Make ready 1/2 grams Nutmeg
  9. Take 1/2 stick Melted Unsalted Butter (you can also use salted butter if you don't have any)

Instructions to make 4S (Simple yet Sweet, Soft Scone):
  1. Put pancake mix and flour in the Ziploc bag and mix until they are well blended
  2. Put sugar, some nutmeg, and some vanilla extract into the bag and mix
  3. Put melted butter into the bag and if it's still powdery and fine, put some olive oil in. The content should be crumbling.
  4. Pour milk into the bag and knead. By then dough should start forming. If not, put a little more milk into the bag and knead.
  5. Take the dough out of the bag
  6. Knead until the dough is about half an inch thick (If the dough keeps breaking apart, add a little bit of milk)
  7. Cut the dough into various shapes (I like to make them triangular or roll them up), and bake them at 395ºF for 12 minutes
