The ingredients needed to make Bulalo:
  1. Get 1 L Water
  2. Take 1 Tbsp UFC Iodized Salt
  3. Get 1 pack Spaghetti noodles, 400 grams
  4. Take 2 Tbsp Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
  5. Make ready 1 Small red onion, peeled and chopped
  6. Take 3 Cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  7. Prepare 1/4 kilo Ground pork
  8. Prepare 1/4 kilo Ground beef
  9. Take 1 Tbsp Silver Swan Soy Sauce
  10. Prepare 1/4 tsp UFC Ground black pepper

What is the origin of bulalo? Bulalo is a stew made primarily from beef shank and bone marrow. The flavorful clear broth is made by cooking the beef shank along with the bone that contains the marrow.   1. In a large pot, place the meat, water, onions, peppercorn, and Datu Puti Patis. Simmer for at least 3 hours or until meat is tender.
  2. Add sweet corn. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, then add cabbage, pechay, and scallions. Season with Datu Puti Patis, and serve while hot.
  3. Make suace. Mix Datu Puti Patis, calamansi juice, and slicing labuyo. Serve on the side.
