  4. Take 1 clove garlic, minced
  5. Prepare 1 tsp margarine or butter
  6. Get 1 long green chili (add more for spicier), chopped
  7. Prepare 2 red bird's eye chilies (add more for spicier), chopped
  8. Get 1/8 c coconut milk
  9. Get 2 pinches beef broth powder
  10. Prepare to taste Salt & pepper

Instructions to make Green Beans in Spicy Coconut Milk (Filipino Gising-Gising):
  1. Sauté onion and garlic in margarine.
  2. Sauté in green chilies. Then add the ground meat. Mix well.
  3. Add the coconut milk powder dissolved in water. Since I'm not using a lot, I opted to use the powder kind.
  4. Add the green beans. Season with pinches of beef broth powder, s &p. Mix and let it simmer until green beans are cooked.
  5. Add the red chilies for more heat. Sauté to mix in.
  6. Serve with steamed rice. :) and a beer.
