  3. Prepare 20 grams ○Joshinko (or bread flour)
  4. Make ready 20 grams ●Sugar
  5. Make ready 4 grams ●Salt
  6. Prepare 8 grams ●Skim milk powder
  7. Prepare 16 grams ●Unsalted butter (or margarine)
