  1. Take 120 grams (A) Cake flour
  2. Get 30 grams (A) Rice flour
  3. Get 15 grams (A) Sugar
  4. Get 5 grams (A) Baking powder
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp (B) Mayonnaise
  6. Make ready 10 grams (B) Skim milk powder (optional)
  7. Make ready 100 ml ※ (B) Water
  8. Get - Kabocha bread -
  9. Get 50 grams Pumpkin paste
  10. Make ready 1 dash less than 50 ml Water
  11. Get - Strawberry bread -
  12. Prepare 60 ml Strawberry flavored snow cone syrup
  13. Take 50 ml Water

Steps to make Chewy Steamed Bread:

  2. Mix the mayonnaise into the pumpkin paste. If you decide not to mix with the paste, you can add it to the water instead. Steam the bread in the same way as Step 2.
    • Strawberry flavored steamed bread - Adjust the amount of water depending on the amount of the strawberry syrup, and combine them with the mayonnaise. Otherwise, make the batter the same way as the basic batter. Steam the bread in the same way as Step 2.
