Instructions to make For an Appetizer or Bento Dish Wasabi & Cheese Chinese Cabbage Meat Rolls:
  1. Roughly cut the Chinese cabbage to about 2 cm wide pieces, sprinkle with a little bit of salt (not listed), and rub it in gently. Set aside. When it has become tender, rinse with running water and wring it out.
