  5. Take 300 ml ☆Water
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp ☆Mirin
  7. Take 2 tbsp ☆Sake
  8. Make ready 4 tbsp ☆Sugar
  9. Take 1 tbsp Soy sauce

Steps to make Boiled and Seasoned Tofu For a Healthy Bento:
  1. Mince the shiitake mushrooms and the carrot.
