  8. Take 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  9. Take 1 and 1/4 tablespoons Sugar
  10. Take 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
  11. Make ready 1 tsp Water
  12. Prepare 5 cm White part of a Japanese leek
  13. Get 1/2 tbsp White sesame seeds
