  3. Take 1 bell pepper chopped
  4. Take 1 chopped onion
  5. Get 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  6. Make ready 1 salt and pepper to taste
  7. Prepare 5 eggs
  8. Get 3/4 cup milk

  2. After taking pre-baked crust out, reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
  3. crumble and fry sausage with onions and peppers until sausage is cooked. drain excess grease.
  4. sprinkle cheese evenly into bottom of crust
  5. sprinkle sausage mixture onto cheese evenly
  6. beat together eggs, milk and salt and pepper and pour over top of sausage
  7. bake in oven for 35-40 minutes until knife inserted into center comes out clean
