  3. Prepare 600 grams fresh broccoli

  5. Make ready 80 grams parmesan cheese
  6. Make ready 70 grams cheddar cheese
  7. Take 50 grams heavy cream
  8. Get 1 dash nutmeg
  9. Prepare 100 grams cheese cream

Steps to make AMIEs Cauliflower & Broccoli Quiche:
  1. Cook cauliflower and broccoli in a separate pan of salted boiling water until tender. Drain and pat dry. Set aside broccoli. Blend and smash cauliflower with butter a dash of nutmeg.
  2. Whisk the eggs with heavy cream, cheddar and parmesan cheese. Add the smashed cauliflower , and season generously. Add the cream cheese and fold through. Mix thouroughly until well blended.
  3. Line a 9inch quiche dish with a pie crust. Tip the mixture carefully into quiche shell. Cover and scatter with broccoli.
  4. Cover with alluminum foil and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake at 220°C for another 20 minutes.
  5. Serve, share and enjoy.
  6. note: Dont overcook the broccoli or its better to half cook it.
