The ingredients needed to make Easy veggie quiche:
  1. Prepare crust
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 cup flour
  3. Get 1 tbsp sugar
  4. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  5. Make ready 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp milk
  7. Take filling
  8. Make ready 1/2 cup chopped onion
  9. Get 1 cup chopped potato
  10. Get 1 cup chopped broccoli
  11. Take 1 cup chopped spinach
  12. Make ready 2 clove chopped/ minced garlic
  13. Get 1 tbsp butter
  14. Get 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  15. Take salt&pepper/whatever seasoning
  16. Get 5 eggs
  17. Prepare 1 cup cheese of your choice
  18. Make ready 2 tbsp softened cream cheese

Instructions to make Easy veggie quiche:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. To make crust sift together flour, sugar, and salt in pie dish.
  3. Combine oil and milk and pour into dry mixture. Mix with fork until combined then press into the dish and up sides. Take a fork and poke a bunch of tiny holes into the crust.
  4. Melt butter with oil in frying pan.
  5. Add onion and saute for a minute then add other veggies and seasonings and cover.
  6. Stir every few minutes and cook until potatoes are tender/ not too soft. Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes.
  7. In seperate bowl beat eggs, cream cheese, and cheese.
  8. Pour frying pan mixture into pie crust. Pour egg mixture on top.
  9. Bake for about 40 minutes.
