  2. Make ready 400 grams Frozen spinach, chopped and drained
  3. Make ready 3 Eggs
  4. Make ready 1 cup Whipping cream
  5. Prepare 150 grams Gruyere cheese
  6. Get 1 tbsp Mustard
  7. Make ready 1 Nutmeg
  8. Take 1 pinch Salt
  9. Get 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions to make Easy Spinach Quiche:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Unroll the pie crust in a baking dish, making sure it covers all the sides. Using a fik make several incursions in the crust.
  3. Place the spinach with one teaspoon of butter in a skillet and cook over moderate heat for several minutes to evaporate all its water, drain well and set aside.
  4. In bowl, beat well the eggs, add in the whipping cream, the grated cheese and the spinach. Mix well.
