  1. Make ready 2 tbsp cornstarch
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp garlic powder
  3. Prepare 1/4 tsp black pepper
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts, cut into strips
  5. Make ready 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  6. Make ready 3 clove garlic, sliced
  7. Make ready 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  8. Take 1/4 cup soy sauce
  9. Take 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  10. Take 1/4 cup orange juice
  11. Get 1/4 cup water
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  13. Take 1 tsp garlic powder
  14. Get 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp cornstarch
  16. Take 1/3 cup orange marmalade

Steps to make Pineapple Orange Chicken:
  1. In a bowl combine cornstarch, garlic powder, pepper and chicken. Toss to cover chicken.
  2. In a seperate bowl, combine soy sauce, orange juice, pineapple juice, ground ginger, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and cornstarch. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet or wok over medium high heat, stir fry chicken in vegetable oil until golden brown, about 7-10 mins. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Add red peppers and garlic to hot skillet and stir fry until peppers are tender crisp, about 3 mins.
  5. Add soy sauce-juice mixture and orange marmalade. Once sauce slightly thickens, return chicken and any juice aquired on the plate back to the skillet and toss in sauce.
  6. Toss in pineapple and simmer 1 minute longer to heat through pineapple. Serve with white rice if desired.
