  5. Take 1 scallion, chopped
  6. Take 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  7. Get 1 inch ginger, chopped
  8. Prepare 2 cups green or unripe papaya, seeded and diced
  9. Make ready 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
  10. Make ready 1/2 cup lemon or orange juice
  11. Take 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp shrimp paste or fish sauce
  13. Make ready 1 cup broccoli, cut into bite sizes
  14. Make ready 1 cup mushroom (optional)
  15. Take Turmeric Rice
  16. Get 1 3/4 cup basmati rice
  17. Take (cook with rice cooker or in a pot, following the instructions)
  18. Prepare (I use 3 1/2 cup of water)
  19. Prepare 1 cup chicken broth (adjust with water for cooking rice)
