  1. Take For the tonkatsu sauce
  2. Get 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions to make Brad's chicken katsu:
  1. Slice chicken and put on a plate. Sprinkle with kosher salt and set aside.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients for the sauce. Mix well and refrigerate until use.

  4. Heat deep fryer to 360 degrees.
