  2. Take 2 chicken breasts
  3. Get 1 tsp garlic paste
  4. Take 1 1/4 tsp chicken powder
  5. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp hot sauce (chili sauce)
  6. Get 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
  7. Take 1 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  8. Make ready 1 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  9. Take 1 cup oil for frying
  10. Prepare batter
  11. Take 2 tbsp flour
  12. Take 1 tsp garlic powder
  13. Prepare 1 1/3 tsp salt
  14. Get 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  15. Prepare 1 cup buttermilk
  16. Prepare cheesy mayo dip
  17. Prepare 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  18. Take 1 tbsp milk
  19. Make ready 50 grams cheddar cheese (2 cheese slice)
  20. Make ready 1 pinch finely chopped parsley

Instructions to make Crispy Chicken Strips with cheesy mayo dip:
  1. Mix all ingridients and marinade the chicken, (i love spicy so i used the above ingridients you can keep it simple by using just garlic, salt and mustard for marination)
  2. After marinating, take the breast and cut it down to long thin strips
  3. Prepare the batter, take a bowl and add 1 cup buttermilk (you can also use simple milk)
  4. Now add garlic powder, salt, baking powder
  5. Now keep whisking with fork or whisker and keep adding flour very little at a time, add the flour until the mixture becomes thick and it should be held onto the fork or whisker
  6. Heat the oil, in skillet, wok or deep frying pan
  7. Now add chicken to the batter mix, dip gently each strip one at a time and coat thoroughly, and carefully put it onto hot oil, fry for 3 to four mins, more if the strips are thick
  8. For the cheese dip, take a sauce pan, and melt cheese with milk
  9. Mix the melted cheese with mayonaise along with garlic powder and parsley
