Steps to make Chicken Strips:
  1. Slice each breast into 1/2 to 3/4 inch strips, should yield 12-20 depending on breast size and size of slices
  2. Place chicken strips in a large bowl, pour buttermilk over them, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
  3. Put seasoning in a ziplock bag, drain chicken strips and place in bag, seal and shake to coat evenly
  4. Just like you did with the seasoning, put bread crumbs and strips in a ziplock bag, seal and shake to coat evenly
  5. Heat 1/2 an inch of oil in skillet over medium heat
  6. Fry strips 2 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Don't walk away here, the magic happens quickly
  7. Drain excess oil on paper towels then enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce
