  7. Get 1 can Bush’s black bean fiesta, undrained (or 1 can regular black beans, undrained)
  8. Get 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
  9. Get 2 jars (16 ounce) Salsa
  10. Get White rice, cooked

Instructions to make Spicy Southwest Style Chicken Strips:
  1. Rinse, pat dry chicken breast, then cut into strips……
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot or pan…..
  3. Place chicken strips into heated oil in pan……
  4. Season strips with chili powder, ground cumin,black pepper and minced garlic, sauté for several minutes……
  5. Next add into pot your can of black beans, corn and salsa, heat until boiling, then lower heat and continue to cook uncovered for 20 more minutes…….
  6. Serve spicy chicken over white rice topped with shredded cheddar cheese and enjoy 😉!
