  5. Take 75 gr sugar palm fruit (color optional)
  6. Take 300 gr shaved ice
  7. Take SYRUP
  8. Get 300 grams fine brown sugar
  9. Make ready 200 ml water
  10. Get to taste Sugar
  11. Get SAUCE
  12. Take 500 ml coconut milk (from 1 coconut)
  13. Prepare 1 pandan leaf
  14. Make ready 1/8 tsp salt
