  3. Get 1 tsp basil seeds, soaked in warm water
  4. Prepare 75 ml sweetened condensed milk
  5. Take Ice cubes as needed
  6. Make ready SYRUP
  7. Take 350 gr sugar (to taste)
  8. Make ready 200 ml water
  9. Prepare SAUCE
  10. Make ready 800 ml thin coconut milk
  11. Take 3 pandan leaves, tied in a knot

  1. SYRUP : cook sugar and water until the sugar dissolved, remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Sauce: Boil the thin coconut milk, pandan leaf and a little salt. Stir until boiling (continuously so it doesn't form a separate layer of water and coconut milk, or not break up). Chill.
  3. Put the pieces of mango and coconut or nata de coco in serving glasses.
