  7. Take 100 g cabe rawit
  8. Get daun bawang
  9. Take bawang putih

Steps to make Pangsit mi babi:
  1. Untuk pangsit babi-udang= cincang halus daging babi has dalam, cincang kasar udang dan daun bawang. Beri bumbu merica, kecap asin, minyak wijen secukupnya. Tes rasa dengan merebus 1sdt adonan ke air mendidih. Isi kulit pangsit, lipat, goreng dengan api kecil.
  2. Untuk kuah= Rebus iga babi dalam air 500ml dengan api sangat kecil sekitar 45mnt sampai daging empuk. Bumbui kuah kaldu dengan garam dan merica. Ambil kuahnya.
  3. Untuk iga goreng= Goreng iga hasil rebusan. Setelah matang bumbui dengan kecap asin, aduk, sisihkan.
  4. Untuk minyak babi dan samcan goreng= potong kecil samcan, goreng dengan sedikit minyak hingga samcan kering dan menghasilkan minyak. Sisihkan minyak untuk campuran mi. Untuk ssmcan kering bumbui dengan kecap asin, aduk, sisihkan.
  5. Untuk mie= rebus mi pangsit. Siapkan di mangkok 1sdm minyak babi, 1sdm kecap asin, 1sdt kecap raja rasa, 1sdt minyak wijen, 1/2sdt merica, 2sdm kuah kaldu. Setelah mi matang, angkat, tiriskan, aduk ke dalam mangkok berisi bumbu. Beri daun bawang diatas nya.
  6. Untuk acar= potong serong mentimun, beri cuka, garam, dan gula secukupnya. Tes rasa.
  7. Untuk sambal= siapkan segenggam cabe rawit merah/orange, 1biji bawang putih, garam 1/4 sdt, air 100ml. Blender hingga cabe halus.
  8. Tata semua komponen diatas mi. Siap disajikan. 😊
