  1. Untuk membuat saus Yakiniku, pertama goreng jahe dan bawang putih bersama-sama selama 1 menit.
  2. Tambahkan Sake dan Mirin, masak dengan api besar selama 1 menit.
  3. Tambahkan sisa bahan dan didihkan lagi selama 2-4 menit sampai sausnya kental.
  4. Bumbui daging sapinya dengan garam dan goreng diatas wajan atau wajan panci dengan api yg sangat besar selama sekitar 4-6 menit (tergantung selera)
