The ingredients needed to make Salted Fish Fried Rice (NASI GORENG IKAN ASIN):
  1. Make ready 300 grams cooked white rice (at room temperature)
  2. Get 100 grams salted fish fried, shredded/torn rough
  3. Take 1 egg, beaten off and fry while in scrambled
  4. Prepare 1 leek/leaf chives, cut askew
  5. Prepare 5 cayenne peppers (to taste), thinly sliced
  6. Prepare 2 cloves garlic, minced
  7. Get 1 small onion, chopped
  8. Get 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  9. Take 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions to make Salted Fish Fried Rice (NASI GORENG IKAN ASIN):
  1. Saute onion, garlic and cayenne pepper until fragrant.
