  1. Prepare For Pizza Dough
  2. Prepare 1 cup All-purpose Flour (maida)
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp Yeast
  4. Make ready 1 tsp Sugar
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp Salt
  6. Take 2-3 tbsp Oil
  7. Prepare 1 Egg
  8. Take 1/2 cup Milk
  9. Prepare For Topping
  10. Prepare 1 cup Chicken chunks cooked
  11. Take 1 Capsicum
  12. Get 1 Onion
  13. Make ready 1/4 cup Mushrooms sliced
  14. Make ready 2 tbsp Black Olives
  15. Get 1 tbsp Green Olives
  16. Take 1/2 cup Red Pizza sauce
  17. Take 1/2 cup White sauce
  18. Prepare 1/2 cup Mozarella cheese
  19. Make ready 1/2 cup Chedder cheese

Steps to make Sheet Pan Pizza:
  1. First make dough.mix dry ingredient together.beat 1 egg & add in flour,add 2 tbsp oil, crumble the dough then knead it with lukewarm milk.you might need 1/2-3/4 cup of milk.roll dough in round ball.lastly add 1 tbsp oil to grease dough.cover & place it in some warm place to rise for an hour.ke
  2. I have used pre cooked chicken chunks.wash dessed capsicum cut in cubes.cut onion in cubes. Slice mushrooms.
  3. When dough has risen.take out punch it to release air thn again knead in round ball.dust the board with dry flour. Roll out dough according to pan size.
  4. Preheat oven at 180°c for 10 min. Grease the pan with oil and flour.roll the dough flat in pan.
  5. Prick dough with fork at some places.spread red pizza sauce at half dough & white sauce at other half.
  6. Spread chicken chunks.onion capsicum mushrooms.sprinkle both cheeses over.top up with black & green olives. And finely chop spring onion.
  7. Keep the tray for 30 min.check in between as well. When the dough crust is golden and cheese has melted beautifully. Take out from oven and serve hot
