Steps to make Chicken Primavera:
  1. Clean chicken breast,wash & pat dry excess moisture.take a sharp knife & made cuts in breast piece around 1 inch apart as shown in pic.let the sides intact & cut should not go through the piece.
  2. Prepare marinade in a bowl.add breast piece in marinade & rub it gently so that flavours got all through flesh.cover & leave to rest in fridge for least 2 hrs.
  3. Cut onion in thick rings.dessed tomato & cut in semicircle. Deseed bellpepper & cut in semi circle.grease oven proof dish with oil or butter.
  4. After marination take out chickn piece & insert vegies inside each slit.pour the marinade over chicken.place the piece in pan.keep in preheated oven at 180°c for about 20-25 min.
  5. Prepare sauce.blanched 1 tomato,remove skin & blend it.mix with salt,sriracha sauce,chilli flakes in same marinade bowl.melt butter in pan & saute chop garlic.add sauce & cook till thick.
  6. Take boiled rice.melt butter in pan.add finely chop white part of spring onion & saute.then add rice & fry in butter till rice are well coated in butter.lastly add chop greens of spring onion.
  7. Take out chicken from oven in between pour little sauce over chicken & again kerp in oven. Aftr 25 min check chicken by inserting knife.it should be soft & tender.sprinkle grated mozarella cheese over chicken. Heat again till cheese melts.
  8. Cut crinkle wedges & fry in hot oil till crisp golden.sprinkle some salt & paprika powder.
  9. Take 2-3 cabbage leaves & blanch them for 1 minute. Drain & shake off excess water.take the stove plate stand.lit the burners under.
  10. Place cabbage leaves on stove plate.place butter rice over.keep sauce & crinckle wedges.finally place the Chicken Primavera on top of cabbage leave.
  11. Enjoy a light and flavorful resturant styled meal at home!
