  7. Get 1 1/2 tsp pizza seasoning
  8. Make ready 1 tsp garlic powder
  9. Take 1/2 tsp vital wheat gluten (if you dont have gluten replace 1 cup wheat flour with all-purpose flour)
  10. Take 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions to make Paneer Palangtod Pizza:
  1. Take warm water and add sugar to it and mix until it dissolves.
  2. Add yeast and let it sit for 10 to 15 mins untill it blooms.
  3. In a bowl take whole wheat flour.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Add italian seasoning.
  6. Garlic powder.
  7. Wheat vital gluten.
  8. Mix and make a well at the center.
  9. Now make a dough out of the bloomed yeast mixture.
  10. Once the dough is combined add olive and knead it until proper elasticity is achieved. I used a hook attachment of my beater to knead the dough you can use your hands too.
  11. Now keep the dough in a bowl and cover it with a damp cloth and let it ferment for 1 hour.
  12. After 1 hour the doubles in size and then punch it.
  13. Divide it into 2 parts.
  14. In a bowl mix chopped paneer pieces with tandoori mayo.
  15. Now take 1 part of dough and roll it evenly.
  16. Take a baking tray and line it with butter.
  17. Spread the dough over it.
  18. Spread pizza sauce on it.
  19. Spread some cheese.
  20. Some tandoori mayo.
  21. Spread some veggies and paneer cubes and bake it at 200 degrees for 12 to 15 mins in the oven. If using microwave convection roast the tray on gas first and then put it in the oven.
