  1. Make ready 1 kg Minced beef
  2. Make ready 1 can chopped tomato (in juice)
  3. Make ready 1 can kidney beans
  4. Make ready 2 onions
  5. Prepare Shredded cheese (recommended mozarella)
  6. Prepare Tomato concentrate
  7. Prepare Pasta (I used medium shells)
  8. Make ready Cooking oil
  9. Get Spices
  10. Get Salt
  11. Get Black pepper
  12. Prepare Cumin
  13. Get Sweet red pepper (powdered)
  14. Make ready Italian herbs mix

Instructions to make Cheese bake with a thingamajig:
  1. Dice onions and cook them in a pot until yellow/golden/lightly brown
  2. Add your mince to that same pot and cook until no red/pink bits left + maybe an extra 5 mins
  3. Add your cans of things
  4. Get 250ml of water in a measuring jug and add tomato concentrate teaspoon by teaspoon until it has the thickness of a pasata
  5. Add your mixture of tomato concentrate into the pot, add more concentrate if the sauce in the pot doesn't follow the pasata thickness
  6. Thrown in your spices to your taste
  7. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan)
  8. Cook your pasta until when you cut one pasta open it's not white, and when you eat it it's not chewy but just right
  9. Layer your mince mixture and pasta into a cheese bake container (that you can put in the oven, I run out of mozarella so i shredded some red Leicester)
  10. Put your container with its contents into the oven, and leave it in there until the cheese is very melted, leave it in a bit longer if you want a bit more crunch XD
