Steps to make Herby mozzarella:
  1. Cut the mozzarella cheese into half inch thickone and a half inch square slices
  2. Place the refined flour, corn flour salt and pepper corn and half cup of water in a Bowl and mix to make a batter of coating consistency
  3. Mix the breadcrumbs with dried herbs and chopped parsley,basil in a bowl
  4. Dip the mozzarella pieces in the batter and coat with the breadcrumbs mixture repeat the process again making sure the pieces are evenly coated with the breadcrumbs
  5. Mould the coated mozzarella lightly into fingers
  6. Heat the oil in a wok and deep fry the cheese fingers till golden
  7. Cut each cheese finger into two and serve
  8. Garnished with a spring of fresh parsley
