  1. Take 100 gm Mozarella cheese
  2. Take 100 gm Nachos preferably spicy version
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp milk
  4. Take 1/2 cup flour
  5. Get 1 egg
  6. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  7. Get 1 teaspoon oregano
  8. Prepare to taste Salt

Steps to make Mozzarella Nacho Sticks:
  1. Pulse Nachos to crumbs and keep it aside
  2. Line baking tray with parchment paper.Add salt to flour and mix well in separate bowl. Keep it aside
  3. In third bowl, mix egg and milk
  4. Cheese should be cold, cut into lengthwise sticks. Neither too thick nor too thin
  5. Dip cheesesticks in egg and then coat with flour
  6. Again coat with egg and then flour.Each stick should be coated with egg and flour thrice
  7. Finally coat with nacho crumbs and place on baking tray.Do until all cheese sticks are completed
  8. Freeze for 5-6 hours
  9. Preheat oven to 180 and bake for 6 minutes
  10. After 3 minutes, pause, flip all the sticks and bake for remaining time. Overall it should not be baked for more than 6 minutes
  11. Sprinkle with oregano and parsley. Serve warm
