The ingredients needed to make Mozzarella & Jalapeño Chicken Roulade:
  1. Take 4 chicken breast
  2. Get 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  3. Prepare 1 tbls garlic powder
  4. Get 1/2 tbls cayenne powder
  5. Prepare to taste Salt
  6. Make ready 1/4 cup chopped jalapeños
  7. Make ready 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  8. Make ready 2 tbls vegetable oil

Steps to make Mozzarella & Jalapeño Chicken Roulade:
  1. Wash, clean and pat dry chicken breast.
  2. Slice open chicken breast and lay in a zip lock bag. Pound the chicken breast to make it thinner
  3. Remove the chicken breast from the bag, season with the spices, making sure both sides are properly seasoned
  4. Arrange the spiced chicken breast over parchment paper as a layer
  5. Lat the cheese all over the laid chicken breast, then the jalapeños and then the parsley.
  6. Now roll the chicken breast, starting from one end and moving to the other end of the chicken breast sheet.
  7. TIP: use the parchment paper to carefully roll the chicken breast.
  8. In a preheated oven, oven bake the chicken roll for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  9. Remove from the oven, allow to cool. Slice the chicken breast roll and serve warm.
  10. TIP: bake the chicken roulade in a parchment paper pocket to make sure it retains moisture.
