The ingredients needed to make Mozzarella Chicken Bites:
  1. Take 3 cups All-purpose Flour or Maida
  2. Get 1/4 cup Milk powder
  3. Take 2 tsp Yeast
  4. Prepare 2 tsp Sugar
  5. Take 1/2 tsp Salt
  6. Prepare 2 tsp Olive Oil
  7. Take 1 cup lukewarm Milk
  8. Prepare 400 gm Chicken Cubes
  9. Get 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  10. Get 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp Oil
  12. Make ready 1 tsp Ginger Garlic powder
  13. Make ready 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  14. Take 1 tsp Chilli Garlic sauce
  15. Get 1 small piece of Aluminium foil
  16. Take 1 small piece of Charcoal
  17. Get 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Steps to make Mozzarella Chicken Bites:
  1. In a pan, heat up a tablespoon of Oil. In it add the chicken with all the masalas. Once it's done, heat up the charcoal piece and place it in the foil. Carefully place the foil in the pan with chicken. Pour a tablespoon of Oil over the heated charcoal and cover the pan with a lid.
  2. Make a smooth dough out of all the ingredients mentioned. Allow the Yeast to froth up well. Add it to lukewarm Milk and Sugar in a bowl. Take all the dry ingredients in a wide bowl and make a well in the center. Pour this Yeast mix into it and knead it well. Use Olive Oil on the dough and spread it all over. Cover and leave in a warm place for about an hour or two to double up.
  3. Preheat your oven to 180°. Take a generous amount of dough and flatten it out in such a way that the outer edges of the rolled out dough are comparitively thinner than the middle portion.
  4. Carefully, put in the chicken along with a generous amount of mozzarella. Gently, pull up the outer edges all the way to the top and pinch them down nicely. Make sure they are closed well.
  5. Let them rest for 20 minutes for a second round of rising. Brush them with egg white and garnish them with black seeds or sesame seeds. Finally, bake them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or till they become golden brown.
